Terrible experience! Never buy what u cannot see !! PICTURE BELOW !! I went to purchase 3 pairs of crocs and 20 charms which amounted to 270$ .. the cashier told me they were selling charms in a box 20 for 10$ (a sale I thought!) come to find out there were old raggedy charms in the box an not 20 ! . My daughters immediately complained . My 70 year old mom went up to cashier to return .. a pale female with light eyes got defensive said it was “final sale “ and it was too late . (Mind u 5 min before she was just telling the cashier she was trying to sell boxes all day) My mom said anything “final sale “ is supposed to be noted . It didn’t say final sale on the sign nor was it mentioned to us . And asked for a manager the woman said “I am the manager”and rolled her eyes at my mom , my mom requested someone else. I then got up and explained 1) final sale was never mentioned to us ..2) it wasn’t written on the sign in front of the boxes . Another manager came out an Indian or trini looking man a began to say if the female manager decides its final sale it is. I began to get loud because they weren’t working by the book. I asked to just return a pair of my crocs then in which THIS MAN SAID NO AN TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE STORE ! I said I don’t have to leave . I’m askin to make a return . he walked away from me .. I tossed the crocs on the counter in which the female with hazel eyes an a fro ran to the back!
CAN U BELIEVE THE INDIAN MANAGER STORMED BACK OUT WITH A PHONE SAYING I JAVE TO LEAVE I ASSULTED A WORKER ! I begun to look around an ask did anyone see me assault her ! In which they said no .. the manager said I was talking too crazy I said “I can say what I want out my mouth unless it’s not insinuating a riot or threatening.. “ he didn’t know I knew my rights .. I told him to run the cameras back an if he was wrong I was suing the store and wanted to speak to the owner in which he said I couldn’t do. After I said that he told her to go through with the return and stormed off.. unprofessional! Rude ! I always spend hundreds of dollars in this store an I have NEVER went through this . THEY HIRED NEW MANAGEMENT AND THIS IS WHAT THE CUSTOMERS DEAL WITH ! They were wrong from the very beginning ! As a customer I am disgusted an disappointed and I would like to file a complain against both parties involved.. DO NOT BUT WHAT U CANNOT SEE ! I am also waiting on my refund. My mom is 70 with heart failure, and this event triggered her into the doctor . I will be filing a report against the store as well as both individuals who works here . I was the only one at the store I didn’t get help from no one. I asked for special the answer was buy one get 25% off saying that’s about it, after a few minutes another costumer walk in telling him and showing him the sales items buy one get one free maybe because he speaks Spanish. Misleading, I wanted to buy two shoes with the same size the said not available, asking if I can pay for the other pair and pick up when it’s available, the answer was we don’t do that here and she said if I keep the receipt and come back within 40 days I can do so because the shoes are coming in two weeks, when I asked the other person which I believe the supervisor a tall lady she said I still can get the discount if I keep the receipt within 7 days I didn’t know whom to believe. When paying for the shoes I took the wrong pairs, I came back she said it was my mistake, I guess so because I was trying which one will fit me better and I do believe she didn’t do her job which is checking them beforehand. Read moreThe Afternoon or closing shift manager seems to me was his first week or something. I was told if I’d like a bag. I said yes, turns out I had to pay for the bag, $2.99 or $3.99. Totally not cool, and given that I spoke to the cashier young lady as soon as I could, a line started to form so she had me await on the side, promising to give a return. After three customers worth of wait. She then comes to a shock as the manager wouldn’t let her or himself give me the return. I was extremely polite about the topic yet he simply said he just can’t, so I asked if it were that simply why have me wait as your closing the store , since the Mall itself was closing. Manager dude seemed with purple short hair about 5’10. Since he neglected to give me his name Even Though He Was Wearing a Name Tag! I asked around for his not a single employee helped. I’m only writing because he gave me no valid reason for not returning the bag as the cashier herself seemed willing to do so, But her herself asked me “you could have asked if the bag has a price” Knowing she’s hosting me and your “manager” announcing the store is closing I felt like jumping in the line and leaving with my two pairs.
