I got my nails done by a nail artist, SOUL. So detail, responsible with what she’s doing. Not just making it pretty just for the day but tried her best to make it last at least for a full month. Unless I do too extreme thing or a hard job, doesn’t look like it will break. She was very professional.

Extensions

I of course got extensions cuz my nails look like 10 sponge bobs without them. Looooove the shape. There was no one in my experience that was so careful with the tip shape. Even if I say I want this length, they always made it shorter and shaped it weird and made it too thick that it looks dumb. But she made the length exactly what I wanted. It goes very skinny as it goes to the end and Soul made my nails to look thin as possible which I loved sooooo much. THIN and LONG and SKINNY nails! Perfect!

Design

I entered to the place because my boyfriend and I were gonna watch a movie but still many hours left and I just found this place upstairs after we had lunch downstairs in the mall. First, I got surprised by the sample designs they put it on the counter and I was like OMG!! REAL FANCY ASIAN STYLE NAIL DESIGNS THAT I COULDN’T FIND IN BOSTON!! I was just soooo excited I found this place. Honestly, Asians do nails really good. It’s just true. Not only the skills but also the design. It tends to be tacky when I get my nails done in the US if I do any designs they have. When I looked at the designs they had on iPad, there were fancy ones, luxury ones, cute ones, unique ones, etc a lot of different styles. But I just wanted to make it like too much style as I always do haha. Then, they you choose stones you want. I had soo many choices for the design, colors, stones, etc. The four white parts designs are from a lady who was in the counter. She showed me her nails and it was soooo beautiful cuz I love luxury and fancy. And I chose the dark emerald(?) color for the rest and also the chain. Even the chain, it’s not only one kind. I had so much fun mixing and matching the stones and chains they had.

Affordable price

I’m from Korea and when I get like full stones all 10 fingers with extensions, cheapest I had was $200. In a different shop with some Chanel designs, it was $500~$600. Crazy. For this one, it wasn’t too much for what I got. If you get extensions and some fancy designs, normally it wouldn’t over $200. Real fancy like mine, will be over $200. But my real good extensions was 90$ so not so much just for the design

At the end, I decided to become their member! Got a pretty membership card! You pay $300, they give you $360 worth Bling shop...

While the manicurists were mostly wonderful during service, the receptionist grew increasingly rude. We had previously loved this place and even came here for my prom nails but after this experience, we regret ever coming to BLING NAILS.

From rushing us out even though our pedicures were not completely dry, to even coming after us to say there was a mandatory fee for tips, our experience after getting the polish on was absolutely HORRENDOUS.

One of the nail artists was so greedy as to chase after us down the hall and ask us to increase our 18% tip to their apparent minimum of 20%. She would not stand for the fact that we had no more change. She made us exchange several $20s into all one dollar bills though we only had two people doing two pedicures in order to pay what she thought she was owed for tips. FURTHERMORE, this particular lady completely rushed through my little sister’s pedicure. She missed half of the nail in her effort to get the next customer.

In a word, the service in doing the nails was okay, but was overwhelmingly SHADOWED by the HORRIBLE customer service afterwards.

They're very unprofessional here only time their nail technicians want to fall in line is when the owner of the shop Eva is there watching them like children I get my nails done here very often & I drive all the way from LONG ISLAND I never have one complaint about my nails but as soon as I come early morning when the owner isn't there now her little peasants want to send two different people to do my nails & feet (which they never done before) both expecting a 20 dollar tip now LOL then the icing on the cake after I spent 148$ dollars to get my nails done I walk out the shop and take a closer look at my nails they're half done & the edges aren't painted??? Then I come in & the hateful witch SOW who did my nails has the nerve to have an attitude?? didn't say sorry when all I want is what I PAYED IN FULL FOR they also started cackling to the top of their lungs like hyenas with the other nail technicians and I'm just sitting there in the back of my mind more disappointed than anything else because I thought I finally found a decent place with people who actually took pride...
