I am sad to say this was a very negative experience. I went to the salon to try my first powder manicure after calling ahead to request availability. They told me to come in 40 minutes, which I did, and then waited another 40 minutes once I arrived. There was one technician that started my nails and one did the powder treatment. I did not have any of the usual manicure prep, like lotion or any kind of massage on my hands…they cut my cuticles, filed, then went right to powder. The technician said it would last 2.5-3 weeks and I loved the way they looked. After one day, my thumb nail powder completely fell off, so I called and they said they would fix it, which they did free of charge. Two days later another nail completely fell off. Two nails done in five days. I went in to kindly ask they remove the powder and provide a refund as this has been an unfortunate experience. No one acknowledged me when I asked the question, so I had to follow up and they said they would not take it off for me, but could give a refund. I had to ask how to take it off, to which they did not even look at me and said soak them. When I told them the cost for the refund, their cost for a powder, they said they needed proof. #1 they should know the cost of their services, #2 the technician that did my nails two times was there and could have acknowledged me. After looking for the receipt, since my husband gifted it to me, the manager said they are too busy to wait for a receipt and gave me the amount with a dismissive and rude goodbye. No apologies for inconvenience, no can we help you remove them, nada. Awful customer service and experience of which I will be sure to tell when friends ask for a manicure spot. It’s unfortunate, but I will be supporting...

This place is very unprofessional. The person who did my manicure rushed through it in about 2 minutes, left midway through applying the nail polish to handle something unrelated, and was clearly impatient and disengaged. She didn’t even try to help me find the color I was looking for, and when I asked about nail extensions, she dismissed me by saying, “short nails are good.” She seemed completely unwilling to help and didn’t care at all.

The only positive was another Indian lady working there, who was kind and actually made an effort to help us find the color after the first technician gave up. Unfortunately, it was still a bad experience overall. Ten days later, the polish is chipped, even though I haven’t done anything...

I called the other location and they said they didn’t do design but to try their new location. I called and got an appointment right away. The lady was super nice but my nails are completely destroyed after just a few days. Went on Tuesday… got a dip powder manicure with gel design. By Thursday, one mail had completely fallen off (dip on my nails, no extension). By Friday, 1 more mail chipped and then today another. So it’s been 4 days and 3 nails are destroyed. I work longer hours than the salon is open so have not been able to get back. Walked there tonight and the lights were closed just after 8… just missed them. I really liked them and the price was right but my nails are destroyed and it’s been impossible...
