A few minutes ago I wrote a honest review expressing sincere disgust and disappointment with my delivery. However, after seeing the owner's response I did further research and realized that New York Blooms is NOT Blooms NYC. I also initially got the companies mixed up. Blooms NYC is clearly a top notch florist unlike New York Blooms. To the owner my sincere apologies. New York Blooms disappointed me for my 40th birthday with withered flowers that I ordered as a gift to myself. I saw a product on your website that may be within my budget and will be ordering once I get back in town. You wouldn't by chance be the company that supplies NYC Langone with their bouquets are you? I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with New York Bloom. These flowers were ordered as a gift for me to arrive on Valentine’s Day, but they were delayed and delivered a day late. When they finally arrived, the flowers were wilted and damaged, the box was the wrong color, and the note was ripped and mishandled.

To make matters worse, customer service offered only a 30% refund, which is unacceptable given the poor quality and multiple issues with the order. I've walked by this store every day and can't help myself, but look at the displays that they have up! This place is remarkable and they sure know what they are doing! I'm disappointed that so many people who have the knowledge of posting a review but can't find the business they actually purchased from. The photos that have been posted can't be compared to the work of this place, and not even a leaf from one of those photos can be compared to an arrangement from them!
