Ok so I hate giving bad reviews (being from the hospitality industry myself) but we had a VERY bad experience today at this Bluestone Lane.
Firstly, when we arrived, we sat outside in patio area. There were tons of boxes of supplies sitting out next to the trash and in the rain on the ground. Didn’t seem very sanitary, especially when we noticed a rat amongst the boxes. It stayed there the entirety of our meal.
We had to get up and ask the employees to come take our order. My sister is a new mother with a baby stroller so it made me sad they didn’t notice her sitting there (if she had been alone that would’ve been very inconvenient for her). Once our server brought out menus, they were extremely dirty and covered in coffee drips/stains and food debris.
Once our order was taken, the food came out before the coffees ever came out. We had asked for a small plate for one of the dishes that was being shared and our waiter forgot/we had to remind him. When he set down the plates, we had to remind him to bring us utensils. Lastly, we reminded him once we finished our meals that we had ordered coffees and he seemed to have forgot. He brought out two coffees separately over the course of 5 minutes, but we waited 20 minutes before we ever saw the last two coffees and had to remind them multiples times. The server never returned to check on us, but the barista popped out to confirm the last two coffee orders so they could be prepared on the fly which we really appreciated. We finally waited so long for the last two coffees that we just got them to go.
The food and drinks were actually pretty yummy but the horrible service and unsanitary conditions eclipsed everything. We weren’t even given a discount for our wait or inconvenience. Very...

I had the most delightful brunch experience at Bluestone Lane recently, and I can’t stop thinking about it! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Wingy and Angie, who made us feel completely at home. Their energy was infectious—friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. It set the perfect tone for a relaxed and delicious meal.
We started with a matcha latte that was beautifully balanced—not too sweet, not too bitter—just the creamy, comforting start I needed. The scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked: soft, fluffy, and seasoned just right. The brekkie sandwich was a standout—hearty, fresh, and full of flavor with each bite. And don’t even get me started on the blueberry waffles! Light, crisp edges with warm blueberries and a touch of sweetness that didn’t overpower. Pure brunch heaven.
To top it off, Manager Ricardo came by to check in on us, and his professionalism and genuine hospitality were the cherry on top of an already great experience. You can tell he leads by example—there’s such a positive and polished vibe throughout the place.

BEWARE OF SCAM!!
I had a truly disappointing experience with this café, and the lack of response from the managers has only added to my frustration. I visited this place in March 2023 and was shocked by the level of service I received. Despite the appealing menu they advertised through their app, my order was a complete disaster.
To make matters worse, I noticed that an unauthorized charge of around 40USD had been made to my credit card after my visit. I reached out to the café multiple times through emails, expressing my concern and seeking an explanation for the charge, but sadly, they never bothered to respond. This lack of communication only shows a complete disregard for their customers.
