Rockefeller Park is a beautiful riverside park in Battery Park City with stunning views of the Hudson River. The wide open green lawns, shady trees, and peaceful walking paths make it a perfect place to relax, picnic, or take a stroll. There are plenty of benches, a lovely esplanade, and even art installations that add charm to the area. Absolutely beautiful playground for the kidlets. Massive playground, some water features as well as a sandbox. Tons of bridges, slides, chains to climb, etc etc. All fenced in and very safe. Tons of benches for the adults to relax and watch as their kids play.

Behind you are beautiful views of the Jersey City skyline and the Hudson River. Not far from here is the Brookfield place if you are in dire need of a clean bathroom.

Definitely recommend.

Great playground! Very fun equipment for kids of all ages. My 3 year old niece played here for 90 minutes, and kids ages seemed to range from about 2 to 8.

Only beef is it doesn't have any bathrooms! I bet most playground users live in the immediate neighbourhood, but honestly, whether you're 3 or 38, when you gotta go,...
