DONT EVER USE THEM. They get bad reviews for a reason.

I ordered flowers and chocolates for a friend for her birthday. They couldnt deliver the flowers on the scheduled date; they didnt have the chocolates as ordered. They sent a message the day before to my friend that the flowers would be a day late and she immediately replied she was flying overseas and would not be home to receive them. She suggested either dont deliver the flowers and give a refund, or deliver in a week when she returns. There is no dispute over this; the messages are a matter of record.

They delivered the flowers anyway to a neighbor and then the lies began:

I got a message that said they would deliver late, but its ok my friend said it was ok. Nope she didnt say that.

Then they said they delivered the flowers so I would have to pay for them anyway - and presume that the neighbor is now my new best friend for sending flowers!

Oh, and btw they didnt have the chocolates anyway so they werent delivered but they would refund them.

The worst part is that they lied through their teeth expecting (i) that I wouldnt get the story straight with my friend and (ii) that I would not even complain (when I called the shop the woman said - oh! You are calling back! Normally people just drop it. The gall!!!)

DO NOT USE THEM. There are lots of lovely florists out there in NY more reliable - for delivering flowers...

I bought flowers and balloons as a gift for a friends last day at work to be delivered at her work place. I paid extra for expedited delivery. I said deliver by 1:00pm i telephoned at 11:00 to check on delivery status. I was told it was out for delivery. The next day i got an email saying it had not been delivered due to shortage in flowers etc. They said if I gave them a confirmation they would deliver that day. I wrote back no do not deliver, yesterday was her final day at work. They ignored my message and delivered anyway. I sent another message expressing my anger. They wrote back that the flowers had been delivered successfully. A co worker sent my friend a photo of the flowers. She never got them. I was not offered a refund even for the expedite charge. This was the most upsetting experience. This business has no ethical standards....

Very disappointed with an arrangement I ordered as a gift. I placed an order for the Poetic Pinks arrangement from their website and chose the Premium version which should have even more florals than shown on the website photo. Instead, I found out that my recipient received what looked like just 11-12 pink roses. I really wanted to support a local shop instead of a national online florist, but what was ultimately delivered by Blossom Flower Shop looks like a rip off. I wouldn't trust ordering from them online unless you can go to the store yourself to confirm the exact product...
