I have never met a less knowledgeable group of people. All they wanted to do was sell product and when I started asking questions about ingredients they just tuned out because they either had no idea what I was talking about or didn’t know the product well enough. One woman working for Sisley actually pulled out her marketing cheat sheet in front of me for credibility and to show me that a product won a bunch of awards. She didn’t even try to hide her ignorance. Then she pretended she was really invested in my questions by asking me to sit down so she could look at my skin. I saw that she wanted to start layering products in my face for the hard sell which I did not want. After that she just checked out. When they did not have my shade of eyebrow pencil another person tried to sell me a lighter shade. It was just ridiculous. So I had to invest my own time looking at ingredients and testing products - time I didn’t really want to spend.
If you know what you want you can find it at half the price in Amazon. If you don’t, these people have no idea what they are talking about and they are just pushing high end, expensive stuff you don’t want or need. The people at Sephora know more and that is not a compliment.

It was so nice to be on the receiving end of service and be treated exactly how you would treat someone else. VERYA and NIKKI were the Epitome of what customer service should be. I will be back. There was no sign, and I could not understand what she was trying to say as the door was closed. She was kind of making a “time out” sign with her hand, but would not open the door to speak to me.
