Horrible place. They ruined 3 rolled I got developed there. DO NOT GO THERE!
All the workers have a lot of attitude considering the sloppy work they do. I was insulted by one of the worker when I gave my phone number because of where I'm from. The guy wasn't even helping me, so I don't understand why he even cared. Then the girl at the counter attached one of my roll to a different customer profile, and it I hadn't seen the ticket, they would have given my photos to someone else. When we came to pick up the films, the girl working that day couldn't find our order, I don't know if she was high or something but we were able to find our order from the other side of the counter. I was about to the check in the box if all 3 rolls were in there, when she said they were all in the same box. I was stupid enough not to check for myself and sure thing, they only put one. When I called, the person on the phone was yelling at us with attitude, as if we were at fault. Like excuse me girl but if someone should be mad, it should be me. We went today to pick up the rest of the film, turns out they didn't process them correctly and just ruined them. If I had known, I would have processed them at...
Read moreThis is my neighborhood photo store and I couldn’t be luckier to have them so close to my house! Sunny, Grace, and Erin have all helped me out at various points but everybody in there is super cool.
They’re very helpful, knowledgeable, and reliable.
I just finished the cover of my new album and it required all kinds of scanning and they did a bang up job. They scanned some contact sheets that had to be bigger in the print and the resolution was fantastic. They also scanned the original artwork that’s going to be the cover of the album. They were absolutely indispensable in this project that was super important to me and my band.
I’ve also had film developed here and they’ve been super prompt, dependable, and high-quality.
The vibe in there is very chill and cool and approachable. The very patient with all kinds of questions and seem glad to help out. It’s like walking up to the cool kid’s table at the cafeteria and having them offer you a seat and share their tater tots.
I don’t know how the other location is but the 94th and Broadway location, for my money, is the best!
A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Highly...
Read moreI used to love coming to either location but there have been a couple really off putting incidents lately that are generally avoidable.
The first was improperly printed photos (the image was cut off and the image was darkened). Things happen, but then when I reached out to customer service, twice, it took over a month to get back to me. Which is an incredibly long time for photo printing. I got them printed elsewhere.
The second was when I wanted to go back because years ago I had a nice passport photo printed I decided to return. I called ahead to check that the store was doing passport photos, yes. Then called again later to confirm closing time. As a female might do, i made sure my hair looked nice, put on some makeup and made the 25 min trek over. Only for the guy in the store to tell me they stop doing passport photos an hour before closing and since i was there 25 min before closing (no other customers btw) that it couldn’t be done.
They did do a good job on the passport photo...
