I’m very disappointed with my visit today. I went into the store to be guided in all things skincare and makeup. I essentially said I’d like to get rid of all my products I’m currently using and start new. I shared my skin concerns and what I don’t like about my current makeup. The sales associate brought me to multiple brands in the store and would recommend 2-3 products per brand, leaving me totally confused. Staff has pretty low knowledge outside the products they themselves use. Which is ridiculous because there is no one size fits all for skin care and cosmetics. Although I did feel stalked by one staff member, when I actually did have a question, she was of no help. The pressure of her hovering cut my shopping by half, at least. At the counter, the girl who checked me out, was too wrapped up in her side conversation about her personal life to greet me, so all I got from her was “phone number?”...
