Hard lesson learned â DO NOT SHOP HERE, SHOP ON BLUNDSTONE.COM WHICH HAS FREE SHIPPING AND FREE RETURNS.
I bought a pair of shoes at this pop-up that were not in stock which they offered to ship to me at home (for $15). They did not work out and when I tried to return them online I found out the store is not affiliated with blundstone.com (which offers free shipping and returns) and you can only make returns to the pop-up in person. I was at this point headed out of town for several weeks and called to ask about the return window. I was told that returns would be accepted 60 days from purchase for the holiday season, which sounded standard. Before going in to return them I called to confirm this and was told by the store manager (in a very condescending tone) that no 60 day policy ever existed and that no one would have ever stated it to me, and they would not accept a full return.
