it was our first time shopping at this brandy location. my little sister who is a middle schooler entered the store with a half-full drink in hand. we were near the front doors and did not notice the area for drinks to leave behind. we barely stepped into the place when a security staff further down near the cashier registers started pointing and yelling at us to get out. we were confused at first by the sudden aggression upon our arrival. at the entrance, the two security guards by the front doors did not stop us regarding their drinks policy and stayed silent watching their coworker berate us. he got so close to us that his body would have basically continuously shoved us if we didnât move back and create distance between us. he shouted in front of my sisterâs face âWHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!!?â he was so rude to the point that my little sister held back tears! using that tone and volume over something this small to a little girl should never be acceptable. i donât understand how this response was necessary especially towards a teenager who just turned thirteen not even a week ago. it was a humiliating interaction as if we were caught stealing. mind you, we werenât around any clothing because we just entered inside the building⌠brandy employees have the worst customer service so iâd recommend you order online to avoid any...
   Read moreI was in the store yesterday, picked up a bunch of clothing to try on, went to the dressing rooms and the dressing rooms were closed. They had no good reason why they were closed and there was no sign on the front door, indicating that the dressing rooms were closed. I was told yesterday that the dressing rooms would be open today. So, I went back to the store, checked with the dressing room attendants and they told me that the dressing rooms would be open at 12 PM. Walked around the store, picked up a bunch of clothing to try on, went back to the dressing rooms only to find out that they arenât going to be open today. I spoke with the manager and she told me there was a leak in the dressing room area so they didnât want any of the customers to get wet. Looked pretty dry to me. I told the manager that they need to put a sign on the front door of the store to let people know that the dressing rooms are closed. Iâm pretty sure sheâs never going to put the sign up.
