This place is fantastic! Ordered a 6in vanilla vintage ornate cake in white on the Padoca website. The entire process was very easy to place an order, add a personal sentiment on the cake, and input a preferred pickup date. The cake came out beautiful and they even added gold lettering (because of the verbiage) without me having to ask. I really appreciated that little touch and it made the cake very special. The price on the cake was a bonus and was very affordable compared to the other ornate cakes in the city. They also put it in a wide bottom bag so there's little room for your cake to get messed up during transport. They got the whole thing down to a science! I highly recommend Padoca Bakery for all your baked goods needs and will be going back in the future.

If you ever need a speciality cake, please come here!! Padoca has a huge selection of baked goods and cakes that you’re bound to find the perfect thing for your occasion. If not, they also do customized cakes! I ordered their golf themed cake for my husband’s birthday and the cost was super reasonable (~$110) and it was ready for pick up on the morning of my scheduled date. Ordering online was easy and if you had any questions you can contact them through email. The cake came out better than expected and included a little mobile golf cart which was soooo cute. The cake itself was delicious too! I highly recommend Padoca and will be ordering from them again!

Padoca Bakery never ceases to amaze me! This is the second time I’ve ordered a cake from them, and both were absolute masterpieces. The most recent cake was stunning, flawlessly crafted, and matched my decor perfectly. (The slight issue in my photo? My fault for leaving it in the car too long!) That said, they don’t have a phone number, and handling everything through email was a bit frustrating—their responses could be smoother. But when the cake is this good, it’s worth it! If you’re after gorgeous, delicious cakes, Padoca Bakery is the way to go.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this bakery. I ordered a cake for a very special occasion and provided clear instructions along with a reference image for how I wanted it to look. Unfortunately, what I received was a far cry from what was promised. The design lacked the details and colors I requested, and instead of the elegant and detailed cake I envisioned, I received something that looked hastily put together and cheap.

When I reached out to express my concerns, the response I received was dismissive and unapologetic. The excuse given was that the cake I had referenced was smaller than the size I ordered, which has no relevance to the fact that the colors, piping, and overall execution did not match my instructions. It was clear they did not take the time or effort to ensure the order was executed properly, despite the importance of this occasion.

What is worse, instead of offering any meaningful resolution or compensation, I was left feeling as though my concerns were not taken seriously. This is not only poor customer service but also unacceptable for a business that is supposed to make celebrations special.

I would not recommend this bakery to anyone looking for quality, attention to detail, or professionalism. This experience has left me heartbroken, and I will definitely not be using their...

First-The Brazilian PDQ rolls are divine…delicious, cheesy inside and always warm, these delicious crusty rolls and such a treat that’s made out of cassava flour! The female team owners started making Brigaderos (a truffle like size cookie meets candy!) that come in several flavors- like dulce de leche ! Creative iced teas on the warmer months - try the butterfly iced tea! … so yummy! Enjoy the bakery delights with some creative lattes as well … my favorite is grandma’s milk with espresso or their oatmeal honey latte I’ve been enjoying this bakery since they appeared here on the UES… They’ve also got amazing birthday cakes in orange olive oil, vanilla and chocolate cake with loads of buttercream frosting… As well as loaf cakes in chocolate chocolate chip, orange olive oil, zucchini (seasonal ), banana with chocolate chips to name a few… Try their special hot drinks - grandma’s milk ( with Dulce de Leche mixed in), and...

I ordered two lattes and two egg sandwiches to eat in. At first I was told there was only one egg left, but then they said they’d be able to make it no problem. For some reason one latte was given to me in a to-go cup and with one extra shot (which is how it was charged on the receipt). After ten minutes I inquired about the egg sandwiches, and was told they were still being made. Five minutes later I was given one of the sandwiches, and told the other was on the way. After another ten minutes I asked, and apparently it was not being made. I asked for a refund for the sandwich and ended up leaving after waiting for over 25 minutes.

I don’t understand why it’s so complicated to make two lattes and two breakfast sandwiches. Also, if it’s going to take 15 minutes to make a simple sandwich at a counter service coffee shop when there’s no one else waiting then you may want to let the...
