New Millennium Training Academy — Local services in New York

PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! When choosing to go to this school. The application was sent to Albany and it was denied due to a missing receipt for finger printing. We called the school to get some clarification and the one that claimed to be “the boss” had horrible customer service. It was only 8:15am and she is yelling at the top of her lungs telling me that the didn’t sent the letter. Basically washing her hands off the whole process. They are suppose to be subject matter expects and this is how she treats her customers/ students. Keep in mind that once the application is sent according to her they have nothing to do with your case. She was extremely rude did not even provide her name. It’s unfortunate that people like her get to be the face of a business. If you would like some advice keep in mind that you get no where with an attitude. She was just talking over me. This school is a Scam when it comes to 8Hours annual Renewal. The Lady in the office is very Rude, unprofessional and should not be allowed to deal with the public. This school needs more organized workers if not, is high time people should start reporting the activities going on in this school to Dos,DcJS. Our experience with this school was horrible January 2024. I will never go to this school for 8hrs Renewal or encourage anyone to experience this Horrible behavior of this school.
