The best Chinese food in NyC love ittttt ♡ ❤️ so good flavor 100% really tasty and delicious, leaves me wanting to order a second round, that's how good it is , they have the best egg rolls also ,really crunchy and crispy love them and there rice is well cooked, and well made really delicious flavors, and made with onions ♡, the chicken wings is also a 10/10, I give this place an applause !!!!! They have really saved me ♡♡ from wasting my money , on other Chinese food restaurants that just waste my time and don't satisfy my cravings 😋 or needs ♡ and taste really disgusting or like food poison , this Chinese store china wok is the best Chinese food I ever tried the best Chinese food ever in the Bronx ! NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN . had to call the cops on these ppl smh . I ordered food for delivery & THEY made a mistake on my order . I called & politely asked them to bring me my right order & the lady refused & but wanted to charge me extra & then HUNG UP on me smh . I had to call back multiple times & call from a different number just for her to pick up the phone . All she did was continue to yell & hang up on me but not ONCE did i yell , scream , curse her out or theatren her as ANY normal person would of of their money was being played with . I went to tte store and they still refused my refund to the point i had to get the cops involved smh but mind u the food i bought was on the counter and she demanded i remove it and threw the bags in my face TWICE ! . Honestly the disrespect at this store is ridiculous. The cops couldnt get the to give me a refund because they own the store so they make their own rules so i just lost $15 & got disrespected & still with all of this being done i still aint curse her out or put my hands on her . Dont ever order...

The Delivery was HORRIBLE the driver was VERY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE! I am disabled and put a note on the order that they would need to come upstairs (elevator) The driver loudly screaming on his phone so rude He could be heard through the courtyard in front of the building. Very embarrassing and unprofessional. I called the restaurant to return my tip. Because when he finally came to door he bang on it aggressively and was verbally abusing my daughter that went to the door. Yelling at her almost hit as he was swinging his hand in her face. I will never order from here again. The food was good but the horrific delivery made the experience terrible! Curbside service was NEVER stipulated when I ordered or I would have chosen a different restaurant. Your Driver is rude and unprofessional and will ruin your business if he continues to mistreat customers. He is extremely lucky my husband wasn’t home it may have ended so differently!
