C S Laundromat & Dry Cleaning — Local services in New York

Worst customer service experience I have EVER experienced. I sent my jacket to be dry cleaned and for the lining to be restitched. When I picked up my jacket the zipper on my jacket was broken. I showed the owner and she refused to take accountability for her or her dry cleaners mistake. I explained I wanted my money back as my jacket is now BROKEN and unable to be worn and she refused. After spending 30 dollars on dry cleaning and to repair the lining I now have a jacket that cannot even be worn. I have been coming to this laundromat for over ten years but I will never give them another cent after being treated the way I did. Learn to respect and do right by your paying customers or you...

I come to this laundromat on a bi-weekly basis and spend nearly $25-40 each visit. I comply with the mask rule and today I entered the laundromat, it felt like I stepped into Hell.

Why isn't the air conditioning on today??? It's 88 degrees!! Not fair to customer'or staff. My mask is completely soaked inside!

I placed a call to the owner and he asked me questions completely unrelated to my complaint and a bit sexist. It's been 25 min since my call and NO ACTION!

Been coming here for years! They are by far the BEST Laundromat I’ve been going to! Jimmy and Gene are both amazing people! I’ve moved out of middle village and still remain a loyal customer they offer pick up and drop off and I couldn’t be more happier with the services they provide my laundry goes straight from the bag to the draw without having to separate!!
