The doctor and her assistant are both pleasant and kind, and the office itself is clean. However, our experience was frustrating. We had to wait over an hour past our appointment time, and when we arrived at 9 AM—the listed opening time—there was no one in the office. The secretary didn’t show up until 9:30, which, we were told, is typical. On other occasions, both the doctor and her assistant were absent, and we couldn’t get care for our sick child. I came with my sick child during regular office hours and was told the doctor wouldn’t be in today. We rescheduled for the next day, showed up again — and once more were told the doctor wouldn’t be in.

They simply said: “If your child is sick, go to Urgent Care.”

Muy descontenta con el trabajo de los asistente de la doctora y también con la doctora ya que después de tanto tiempo atendiendo mis hijos con ella en los últimos 10 meses cada vez que asisto a su consultorio solo está la asistente y siempre la doctora asiste por una llamada la última vez esperé un mes para que me entregaran el físico después de asistir al consultorio dos veces la tercera vez fue que pude recibir el físico aparte cada vez que quedaban de enviarme los medicamentos lo enviaban a otra farmacia y ni siquiera eso en los últimos tiempo e podido recibir ya que y luego me llaman y me convence para que vuelva y cargo en esa trampa y cuando voy el mismo cuento nunca lo físico están listo y dique ahora tienen un costo de 10 dólares ahora son más irresponsable y ahí que pagarle por la o responsabilidad también este...
