This place has horrible service first I call spectrum to tell them I wanna return the clock box that I had. They guy did everything for me on the phone so all I had to do was go in the next day. So I went the next day after I got out of work at got there around 2:15 I see there’s a bunch of ppl I registered and my number in line is 90. Then I wait I wait time pass by then customers are starting to complain because the line wasn’t moving the workers weren’t working they was just talking to each other and 2 other workers would take like a 1 hour with 1 customer. Then after there’s ppl are getting mad we start saying “were gonna yell” everyone is talking crap about the place we are all in a group saying how bad this service is then some lady said she been there since 10 in the morning and was still waiting in line till 4. After one customer told a worker that they aren’t working wa are they doing and the work said “how about u take a shirt and start working” which is very insulting. Then there isn’t even a bathroom and ppl been waiting for hours they didn’t give water or anything and there was a bunch of old people there and they didn’t care. Then after a African American comes and one of the workers is”helping him” after it goes a whole different way and the customer said your racist and then worker said “I’m calling the cops” the African American was waiting for them to come to tell them everything. After that 3 of the works are just talking and only 2 works are actually moving the line slowly then other 2 workers was taking hours with one customer and the 3 guys which one was the manger were just talking. How many hours did I take to leave 6 in a half hours and there was still 130 ppl left it was already 7 something and they closed at 8 and some of the workers was telling ppl to come tm when we spend hours waiting in line. We ever took videos of yall to show how bad of a service. All they do is stand there like body guards and talk to each other which they don’t care because there getting paid but they were old ppl sleeping comp they had to go home they needed to drink there medicine a bunch of those people left of how much waiting. And u guy like being rude to the customer 10 computer for the workers and only 4 ppl were working while the other 2 took hours with the other customer. Do better as in bathroom, speeding up the line stop talking to each other and acting like body guards telling ppl to come tm doesn’t make it better put others to work have ppl in the back of the room instead of helping those ppl who waiting 6 hours in line....

In this store it's the customer is always wrong. The employees are disrespectful and sneaky, especially this old bald guy working there. Talking back to me because I don't use their internet router.
I HAVE A QUESTION ANSWER IT THATS YOUR JOB STOP TRYING TO OFFER WHAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR.
My internet at 500mb was 60 so I dropped the cable, which is 141+60=201 total, because no one watches TV anymore.
They instead raised my bill to 90 from 60 for the 500mb internet (same service tier as before) saying that my building is too old and that why they raised it. No, that is unwanted and underhanded business practices.
I'm leaving this trash company. Luckily, Verizon offered a better price at 75 for 500mb internet service.
My review Spectrum is an F- tier company try to avoid doing business with them. Their prices aren't consistent nor following their site. Talk to one agent, get one price, talk to another, and get another price. There is no consistent way to change service tiers.
Final verdict: At Spectrum here, we only care about new customers or cellphone customers, but if you're a customer paying us for the last 7 years, leave because we aren't going to treat you with respect. Thanks for the customer service tomorrow. I'm ending your contract.
Ps. I would fire every employee there in all honesty. Why can't I purchase different services online because your human employees are basically next to useless at best and insulting at worst.

I was living upstate and moved down to the city and was told that I can return my equipment to this location. But when I got to the location and waited almost 20 minutes....I was then told by a representative that they only received equipment and deal with accounts in their footprint area. Being that it is spectrum and it is a drop-off center and a place where people can buy equipment and check on services... I felt very displeased at the level of information I was given. Apparently because I lived upstate I could not drop off my equipment...that I no longer needed because I moved... to this location down in the city. And now I am stuck with the equipment still on my account which is closed and I myself have to mail it to the company. If I had known that I could not bring my equipment to this location, I would not have wasted my time... and paying parking fees...and walking two blocks to wait in line...just to be told I cannot drop off my equipment there when I previously was told I could by customer service...
