I have been a regular with Neil for a while now and only have amazing things to say. He is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the time before our appointments to ask me how I’m feeling/if there’s any particular area of concern I’d like to focus on. In our post-COVID sessions, he has been taking every precaution to make sure clients are safe and feel comfortable. He has a beautiful private space on the ground level of a brownstone which he has always kept meticulously clean, but these days especially it is nice to know he’s not sharing the space with others and is able to ensure there’s adequate time between clients to fully sanitize. As for the massage itself - I always leave feeling lighter and much more open, and have seen long-term benefits of the work we have been doing in my problem areas (neck and shoulders). He explains what he is doing during the session and will adapt to how my body responds or how I’m feeling that day, and truly personalizes the whole experience. I can’t say enough good things and highly recommend visiting Neil if you’re facing any kind of pain or discomfort, or simply want to do your...

I have used Carnegie Hill Massage for 2.5 years and highly recommend! Neil's massages go above and beyond to treat my wildest injures and weirdest pains. I am a dancer and need my body to work while at the same time asking way too much of it. I first went to Carnegie Hill Massage after slipping down a few stairs and landing on my elbow, ribcage and butt on my right side. I had a few other massages to try and help but didn't have true relief until working with Neil. He's studied all of the techniques to provide the exact release you need and does it with beautiful distraction methods so you don't even realize the "work" being done.

His studio is beautiful, relaxing and extremely clean! He thinks of every aspect of your treatment and is conscious of every detail. In Covid times, you can not find a better massage studio where you will be safe and can trust the work being done is done with the upmost precaution and care. I hope you get to experience a massage with Carnegie Hill...

As one might gather from the abundance of praise for Carnegie Hill Massage, Neil is a master; but it simply must be experienced in person. I have been seeing Neil regularly for just over a year, and have witnessed marked improvement in muscle tone, alignment, and my overall mental well-being. As soon as one enters his cozy, tranquil studio, oceanic calm ensues.

Neil's genuine understanding of muscular kinesiology, while infusing care and creativity into sessions is signature in his approach to wellness.

Many times I am unconsciously holding tension in deep muscles, Neil taps into that with a gentle yet firm awareness through touch. It's liberating. You can actually feel the individual muscle fibers separating and slackening on your exhale.

Carnegie Hill massage is a place to let go; Neil facilitates this.

Neil is, hands down, an absolute gem of a therapist and person....
