Supreme Deli & Grocery — Restaurant in New York

I used to like this deli but 50% of the time they get my order wrong. One time I asked for a ham and cheddar cheese sandwich with mayo, no lettuce and no tomato. Instead of telling me they do not have ham, the guy made me a turkey, American cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato. Another time, I asked for turkey and cheddar cheese with no lettuce. Instead I received turkey, American cheese with lettuce and no tomato. They repeatedly make my sandwiches incorrectly despite not being busy (there are only 1-3 other customers in the store) and I have never complained. This time I got the wrong type of cheese. I called to ask if I could just come pick up the slices of the correct cheese I ordered. Tony told me he would make a new sandwich and deliver it to me, then hung up without asking any questions (what kind of sandwich was it, or where I live).

I will not be returning...

This Deli is a rip off, they over price close to everything from sandwiches to ice cream to snacks.. they tell you one price when you order and upcharge when you pay. Probably the only deli in all of Queens that charges a dollar extra for lettuce and tomato... this place seems to think they're located in Manhattan. The only thing I would buy here is a metro card... I've tried numerous times to give this place a try but I Would not recommend giving this place your money... you will walk out...

The sandwiches here taste great! the staff is very nice and the prices are really good. I’m saving money when I order from here.

I don’t see how anyone can give this place any less than 5 stars... They’re most likely one of those rude customers that disrespects people and demands...
