Poor shopping experience!! When I got into the store, I clearly wanted a belt and asked to try it on for size. The saleswoman (I don't know her name) was fine at first and said she would go and get it for me. Later, she gave it to me and then walk off to talk to another sales. When I do not know how to buckle the belt, she also stays by watching me,there was no attempt to help me. When I was done with the size she came up to me and asked which size I thought was ok. I said I wanted a size 80, but could I get a new one? Because there are already "scratches" on this one. To clarify, I am An Asian, my English may not be that good, and my pronunciation is not standard. She said, "It's not a scratch, but I can get you a brand new one, no problem, a scratch? (She mimicked my pronunciation.) Then she smiled scornfully and left. Two of my other friends also saw several scratches on the top. (They were there when she gave it to me for trying.) Are you saying all three of us are blind? So obvious scratch, I believe you also saw it, but still making excuses. As a service worker, I would never do this to my customers. How stupid and rude it is to laugh at someone's accent in their face! If you are reading this comment, I want you to know that I just made up an excuse to say I don't want to buy, but the real reason I don't want to buy is you. Please first learn to respect customers, even if they only want to buy a "belt". In addition, I would like to inform this brand, when you raising the prices, please also improve the service...
Read moreAlmost walked by without stopping because it was the rare instance when there was no line. Waited few minutes and was met with my SA - Nick. I was very friendly and direct with him. I mentioned to him that I was looking for hair clips and fingers crossed maybe a baseball cap.
Few minutes later he showed up with the hair clips, but my hats been sold out for a very long time. Not surprising.
Fine, that was expected, but then my partner pointed to the varsity jacket that I’ve been wanting for few years, they had two and Nick showed me the difference between the black and navy blue. Then he left us while I was debating on the fit, and brought up a bigger size. Dream come true!
I read the bad reviews and I too would be upset at those situations, but in my recent experience, my husband and I were treated very well. I’ve been ignored at Costa Mesa store so I can relate.
Looking forward to...
Read moreHad no complain about my sales representative, smooth experience with thoughtful recommendations. However, when i was waiting in line ( Yes, you need to wait in line) The rep let us stayed there for a few minutes( I had no idea he was a rep lol) and let the two customers behind us went in first(they were old customers, make sense, but still typical salesperson)! Maybe he thought i didn't look like someone who was going to purchase the bag lmaooo.
Im happy that he didn't take us because the later rep was so much more professional and caring.
This is not supposed to happen in a luxury brand, Celine is not a cheap bag, you either allow people in without sales representatives or you take whoever that walks in first. this person is very unprofessional. And I give three stars just because of my...
