The staffs are dishonest. They LIED, trying to cover their mistake. Very poorly operated. NOT recommend going.
I bought a suit. The only one of my size in store was flawed. I requested a new one to be shipped and the staff promised that it will arrive in 5 days (my event was in 7 days). I believed, and left my name and phone number. I was charged in full upfront.
On the pick-up day, I called to check. They didn’t even know what suit I’m asking for and didn’t know my phone number.
By the end of day, I went in. They said my new suit is here. I also saw the flawed one is still in the store.
They first took out a wrong suit. Then, the staff took the flawed one into their backroom, and came out with the “correct” one. I immediately recognized that was the flawed one. They lied, without explaining to me what actually happened, but trying to cover their mistake and not caring selling me the flawed product. The store manager tried hard to avoid the “lie” part and trying to emphasize they wanted to help.

If visiting CT stores in NY this is the one you want to hit - they definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I bought online without knowing my size; I happened to be vacationing in NY - took the shirts that didn't fit in knowing that the designs I wanted and fitment wouldn't be a direct swap. Charlie helped size and exchange everything quickly. Once he realized I wasn't local and was short on luggage space he offered to have everything shipped like my original order. I am very shocked at the amazing level of customer service from this shop - a very stark contrast to the other CT store nearby that, on a comparative basis, ignored and lied to me. As a result, I took 1 shirt and before I confirmed the transaction, I noticed the sale and the rep assured me that I won’t be charged for that shirt. However, I still was charged $109 for one shirt. I also returned the 3 shirts because of fits and 2 months later, they never issued the return credit and no response after i submit inquiries via their website. so I had to dispute the charges through my credit card company. They lied to my credit card company saying they never received the returned goods, but when I called the customer service, they acknowledged that they had not returned the credit and asked me to drop the dispute so they could issue one.
