The first visit in New York was much easier with Tamice! I purchased big 10 pass with great price. Booking process was really simple and I had heaps of choices. When I had a glitch of booking time in one of visits, I rang and a customer service officer dealt with the issue immediately! I was very impressed and satisfied with their swift customer service :) I attended brooklyn dumbo night tour and there were 12 people in the group. A tour guide looked after the group every time we moved. He was very friendly and kind enough to take great pictures on each spots! Hopefully he would be well rewarded. I’m planning to book more tours via Tamice. Thanks Tamice again!

It's really conveinent! I purchased 7 passes here, and my friend 3, and my friend decided to go One Tower on a whim. Ticketing was done in the office at once. No need to visit individual offices. You can even handle JFK <=-> Manhathaan shuttles. Some tickets needs improvements, for example cruises(Need to visit cruise office then come back if you're unlucky), but other than that, everything's OK. BTW, Boeing 747 model engine's broken.

They are very helpful and kind! My friend and I went for a trip this summer and they were very attentive, the office is in a old looking building but the inside is very well kept. They provide cold water and drinks for free which I thought was very nice especially considering the hot summer weather. The MET docent guide is definitely recommended, totally worth it. I would assume the other guide packages are as good as well, considering the cost value you are definitely getting more...
