Disclaimer: I’ve only been to this place one time and got a massage from one person so this review is based on that experience.

My husband and I went in on a Saturday afternoon. The person at the reception was very friendly and welcoming, he made sure that my husband and I were in one space even though we did not book a couples massage so we really appreciated that. However, when the massage started is when it all went downhill. My masseuse started to pinch my shoulders and was using way too much pressure so I asked to for less pressure, but she still continued being very aggressive. She was digging her elbow underneath my left shoulder blade repeatedly and continued to use a lot of pressure. She also used A LOT of oil, it seemed like her mission was to just lather me up in oil rather than to actually massage me because she was putting this oil everywhere, including my belly and inner thighs. She was squeezing on my belly too as part of the “massage,” and putting pressure on my uterus and bladder. It made absolutely no sense. It felt like she was just rubbing random parts of my body and had no sense of the anatomy because she was pressing down on my spine and also putting a lot of pressure on my jugular vain in my neck.

On the other hand, the person massaging my husband was not putting any pressure at all so his experience was the opposite of mine, but still not good.

On top of this, they were playing early 2000’s rap/r&b music and you could also hear the tv playing in the reception area.

Overall, not a relaxing experience at all. In fact, I left with more pain and discomfort than I went in with. I have read the other reviews on here and they are fairly good so maybe my husband and I just got unlucky? But we will definitely not be going...

I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. It’s likely fake and planted because this was the WORST, shadiest and most dangerous lymphatic massage I have ever gotten in my life. I get massages weekly and I get lymphatic massages quite regularly and this one none of that. First of all what they’re calling “lymphatic drainage” is not even a lymphatic drainage. Doing lymphatic drainage improperly is medically very dangerous, at one point I was genuinely afraid that the lady giving me my supposed lymphatic was going to rupture my appendix and injure my sternum. I am a medical professional who sternal rubs patients when they are unconscious. This lady was legitimately STERNAL RUBBING an awake and conscious person. That is EXTREMELY painful. She proceeded to “massage” and apply intense pressure to all my bony prominences very roughly and with force. I have no doubt I will have a lot of pain and bruises tomorrow. She also sat on my back and “massaged” me which is not what a lymphatic is.

I have never wanted a massage to end so bad. I wanted it to end as soon as possible because I was just being rough housed for 1 hour. I honestly don’t think they were every properly trained to give a lymphatic massage.

Additionally, this place is extremely sketchy. They place 5 beds in one room and separate it by curtains. My masseuse came in and out of my room 5 times and at one point was on her phone for an extended amount of time while massaging me with one hand. Extremely unprofessional, shady and unsafe. This place is horrible. People will be warned. I came in and purchased a Groupon, which is 90 minutes lymphatic and cupping. Only to be told that it’s 60 minutes from lymphatic and the rest is cupping. Thank God, I only did 15 minutes of cupping because the result was excruciating pain to the point that my neck and shoulders in the middle of my spine has been immobilized. I did communicate that to the merchant told her and she was bringing up that I could purchase an acupuncture Using my insurance and I’m like really you guys messed me up. I was in great condition and you’re asking me to pay for acupuncture. I have bruises all over my neck and on my shoulders and down my spine. I asked if I could come in tomorrow she said she’s booked but because of the situation now it has resulted that I have to give myself hot compresses, purchase pain, relievers, and creams. If you don’t believe me, please see the pictures in a video that says otherwise. I will never come back to this place again. And it also seems like they overbooked because they were so bent on rushing people to come at alternate times when I book my appointment on Tuesday confirming the 330 time and she wanted me to come at 12 PM But I got it at 3:19 PM and didn’t go over anything I was just told to take up my clothes because they are busy.
