They have this place listed as a museum. I wouldn't consider it a museum and definitely not a mansion. It's more of an adult playground for women. I went here with my best friend. I was curious to see what all the hype was about. It's a cute place with a few rooms with props to take pictures. So it really is only as fun as the company you are with. Nothing spectacular and nothing certainly not worth the $50 that I spent to get in. Not to mention they require you to sign your life away... literally. You must sign a waiver releasing them from any liability. It states that even if they are negligent you cannot sue the establishment in the event of injury paralysis or even death.
They give you about 6 to 8 wine tastings. Which really is the equivalent of a glass of wine The people giving you the wine really are not knowledgeable about the wines they are reading a script. One I found particularly nice a sparkling wine so I decided to spend the $47 which they were asking for this 1 bottle of wine. What I did not know is they actually have to open the bottle pour a little out and then put a cap on it before you can take it with you. I was really upset because it's not like I can drink a whole bottle of wine by myself. I wanted to share it with friends at another time which now that it is open I could not do. To make matters worse the little plastic contraption that they put on the bottle is not sturdy at all when I got the bottle home and put it on the counter it popped off and 1/2 the bottle spilled so that was a waste of money. I found out from my girlfriend the same thing happened to her as she lost much of her wine as well. I don't think I would really recommend this place. I've done it experience it probably would not go back. Like I said it's only as fun as the company you are with. They don't provide anything special just an atmosphere to take pictures.
They have a taco 🌮bar for an additional fee. I don't know how good it was since no one really was eating tacos and the staff at the taco bar just seem to be slouched across the counter bored.
Things to note: 🚻🔞 Not handicap accessible. Must sign your life away to enter. READ THE WAIVER CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING! If you purchase wine🍾 they must open it before...
Read moreThe reviews for the Rose Mansion are pretty bad, after purchasing my tickets I decided to go into this open minded. Honestly this place was the worst. I'm still unclear to what this place really is.
Lets start with the wine, you get 8 samples of less then 1 ounce of wine in a plastic stemless wine glass. Each room you get a sample of wine and the rooms are different themes. The workers handing out the wine samples gave a one sentence blurb about the wine which was not informational at all. They basically said where its from and that's all, yawn. The rooms are basically an aggressive photo shoot for Instagram and I know other reviews said that, but its honestly 100% true. I want to take a picture of the scenery, but nope. Someone comes laying all over the floor in there own personal photo shoot. That basically happened in every single room. It was also very difficult to find the person handing out wine in every room because that's how many people were standing in the room.
It was aggressive, not tasteful, and disappointing for the exorbitant amount of money that it costs to enter. There are lines to take pictures in the bath tubes, cake, and ball pit. Honestly, i'm not standing in line for a picture. There shouldn't even be a line. They need to control the amount of people who go into each room. It was truly an unfortunate waste of money.
I would never recommend this to anyone, and that's a strong sentence.
Rose Masion, I recommend you try to find more ways to make this event more interactive to customers other then taking pictures everywhere. There is nothing to engage customers or keep them interested in the event. Its honestly boring and shallow. Train your staff better to inform customers about the wine and how the room influences the...
Read moreMy initial Experience before hand was Horrible. The Rose Mansion deleted my ticket order the Day of my Reservations. Who does that , so unprofessional. They claimed I had fraudulent activity on my account. So I called the Ticket customer service number and emailed the Rose Mansion Customer service . The short version : ROSE' MANSION made an error in deleting our Tickets. I was called back.by a Supervisor from the Ticket Agency with good news that our Tickets were deleted in error & would be reinstated. Also a representative from. Rose Mansion also emailed me apologizing about the mix-up & that my tickets would be reinstated . The email said Nothing about paying again 😡 . My guest & I found out this information upon arrival that evening of our event time. To say the least we were surprised and embarrassed. They discussed our situation in front of entering guest & other staff. The manager acres like he & I received different emails. He thought the promise of a damn $40 bottle of wine was a good enough pacifier for their mistake made by the Rose ' Mansion Staff. Well it wasn't & my birthday celebration started off on the wrong foot. After repaying Our wine Experience began after being delayed more than 20 minutes. This is the 1 st time I have to give a bad review about professionalism & customer service care. The wine Experience was fun & we ended up taking wonderful...
