I brought my gpmh in for warranty covered repair work. I also asked them to replace my NATO strap since the original was getting a little worn. They quoted a price and I agreed. The repair was completed in about 3 weeks which is reasonable considering the fact that all watch repairs are conducted in their florida shop. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my watch and my sales assistant Thomas informed me that the strap was a gift from Chopard. Its really a pleasant boutique overall. I've been there numerous times throughout the years and have always enjoyed my experience. I definitely recommend anyone who appreciates exquisite watches and jewelry to visit this boutique. I placed an order back on 8/23 and was told the item would arrive in 3 weeks. Over two months later I still have no item - I've called Chopard customer service over 50 times, I've gotten through ONCE and was told I would receive a phone call the following day with an update, what a shock - I never heard from anyone! Read moreWe visited the Chopard store around Valentine’s Day to replace the strap on my watch. Fortunately, they had a similar one in stock, so we purchased it on the spot. While there, I noticed a red alligator strap that I really liked and decided to order it as well. The staff took all my information and assured me I’d receive an email when the strap arrived, at which point I could pay for it.
I even offered to pay upfront, but they declined. It’s now been over a month and a half, and I’ve received no update, no email, and no strap. Disappointing experience from a brand I expected better...
