I’m a professional photographer and documentarian and I’d eat at times at ChopT when I’m there as I am traveling for business everyday on the east coast. Yesterday Friday May 20th 2022 at 7:00pm as ai was ordering a wrap the young lady was want professional or courteous to listen to the customer and ask and the customer to takeoff the mask as I told her I’m not taking off my mask. She hard of hearing and even when I’d started to take off the mask and tell her “I’m aware of my choices and let me think what I want please” She attitude needs to be adjusted, as she’s making the ingredients to make the wrap, at the next booth, you have a colleague that is allergic to seafood? Didn’t wanna touch my wrap so I can get out of here, the young lady (black) asked me for dressing and I told her and quote twice as she both time walk away from me as I stand there and try to answer her but she just continue to not value my time.
She again walk away for the third time and i again try to explain to her well you never gave me my order slip with that information about what dressing I’d want. She caught an attitude because I was right but she then caught another attitude and she was taking her time making my wrap, so I stood there for about four minutes and 23 minutes more. As I saw someone sitting in the pickup area on the laptop. This is how you manage this location I noticed that your stuff at the time was not very organized. And please tell your staff to change gloves if they are touch dairy product with gloves. Cross contamination if someone is vegan or have an allergic to dairy. I saw this unfold of another customer ahead of me.

Read moreFor full disclosure, I am typically a Just Salad guy but in an all out frenzy to make my train to Philly, I thought Chopt would be the ideal quick option that still allows me to stay on the path to a Rockstar skinny frame.
Other than the guy giving me some attitude when taking my order, I now hold Chopt in the highest regard of fast casual healthy food. The attitude came when I asked for no cheese on my salad and got no confirmation, so I did my best to double check without sounding like a mf Karen, and he said "I HEARD you." Like damn bro lmao. But I mean it could have been a bad day and working at the train station Chopt can't be the easiest job.
To my surprise they had me in and out of that line in under 5 minutes. After the sweet cashier handed me my Blissful Harvest bowl, I was oddly reminiscent of a prime Devin Hester having just fielded a punt at the 20 yard line and turned on the JETS through Moynihan Hall to track 6. I ended up making the train with like 8 minutes to spare so I really didn't need to do allat, but no pressure no diamond you feel me?
I sat down in the last car of the Amtrak train, and cracked open my Blissful Harvest bowl made up of kale, chicken, sweet potatoes, rice, and apples dressed with a white balsamic vinegar dressing and dug in. It was honestly fantastic, tasting about as fresh as you can get for one of these fast casual salad chains. I was shocked how good it was.
As the car began to move, the hero reared his head to look out the window in anticipation for the weekend ahead... Him and his Blissful Harvest Bowl vs the world...

Read moreI love their Mediterranean Tahini bowl, delicious combination of the ingredients. Haven’t really tried any other salads, but all the ingredients look very fresh so I’m positive that any salad would taste great. My review however is about the service. I placed my order via the app so that I could just pick it up and jump on the train. However, when I arrived the salad was not ready. I had this situation once with Cava, where the staff just gave me excuses and slowly started making my order. I missed the train the time. But my today’s experience at Chopt was very positive: the manager of the place saw the disappointment on my face as I was preparing to wait for another for the train and he got to making the salad himself. 1.5 minutes after I had the salad in my hand and made the train on time. Mistakes happen anywhere, but it is the way someone approaches it that makes all the difference. And I really appreciate the fact that the staff at this Chopt location understands that many people rely on them to make their commute on time and they made me feel very valued today. I really...
