I’ve been going to Christina for balayage, keratin, and cuts for almost 4 years and my hair always looks perfect afterwards! I’m getting married in March and she’s the only one I trust to do my hair for it. Scheduling appointments is always easy- she’s even gone out of her way to fit me in when I requested an appointment at the last minute to get my hair colored before an event. All I have to do is explain to her generally what I want and she can take it from there- she’s great at judging exactly what color will work for my skin tone and the season. She’s also fun and nice, it’s enjoyable to sit in her chair and chat for a couple hours. My hair always looks great for months after seeing her, the balayage looks natural and grows in nicely. For the amount of money they charge, they should definitely have better customer service. I had to pay extra on top of what I already paid just because of different technique she has to use. She’s literally taking money only because she’s in Manhattan. I had went to a lot of great salons in Queens that was pricey but excellent service and upfront about the charges.
