Purposely CALLED on a Saturday to have a floral arrangement delivered on Sunday for my Niece’s birthday on Sunday because I didn’t want to place an order on the website. My concern was that if I placed the order on the website that my order would not be created and delivered the next day Sunday. The person I spoke with said that I need to place the order on the website. I explained that that I called to place my order and was told, “What does it matter.” I told the person who answered my call that I guess they didn’t want my business. With that statement by someone who I think had been employed to assist customers, I hung up on the call and made the decision to post the review. I don’t normally post negative reviews but thought that my interaction ought to be shared especially since surprisingly the Google rating is 4.6⭐️ (14).
