This place is great. I got my ears pierced here. The last time I got them pierced I was a baby so I wasnt sure how painful it would be. The whole process was a piece of cake. I had in mind to get two piercings, I came out with four. 2 helix and 2 second lobe piercings. There was hardly any pain since they used a gun. Online I had read that the helix piercing would be "extremely painful" but it wasnt at all. I definitely think it is because they used a piercing gun. This also means that you only have the choice of studs, which is worth it. The sales associate was professional and knew what she was doing. She consulted with me on every step. It was too easy to believe. Since they offered me 20 percent off anything in the store I picked out some more earrings. Since I picked out 3 items I got 3 free because they always offer buy 3 get 3 free. Overall, I highly recommend this place to get your piercing (s). I only wish Claires had better selection of earrings. It took me forever to make choices because I wasnt crazy about the styles offered, I never have been. It still...

disgusting customer service. i was shopping and other people a worker there she was i believe puertorican lady with glasses black ponytail older age . she was following me everywhere but not the other people or as if i was going to steal.every item i touched or my daughter she would touch that same item and arrange the stuff getting bothered. mam? thats ur job! no ones making a mess relax! is not that serious. so rude and disgusting to do that while a customer is shopping. i proceed to pay and i was not aware there was a purse inside that bag we was purchasing she tells me with attitude are you gonna pay for this disgusting tone and showing it i told her oh god no i didnt know that was there. just the other stuff not that. she keeps staring with attitude . i keep paying and just head out so disgusting behavior that i will never go back that store again. relax mam your eager to catch a thief and get promoted i have money!!!! like they say enployees are reflection of whoever is hiring them .treat customers...

I went to Claire's on W 79th st & Broadway this morning in search of the ring sizers that they carry. I purchased jewelry from a different store on W 34thst and was so nicely recommended to go to Claire's to purchase a ring sizer. Upon entering Claire's which was without any other customer, the employee was visible but did not greet or acknowledge my presence and certainly did not offer her assistance. I had to ask for help and it seemed that the employee was bothered to have to assist me and answer my questions regarding the ring sizers. The employee's attitude this morning discouraged me from wanting to continue my shopping experience in a store which I usually love to shop in and frequent often. I left without purchasing my ring sizers or without browsing for possible other purchases and will not be returning back to...
