Positive : The place itself is very nice. Soft soothing music and great and friendly personal. My technician Mary was great and took her time doing my nails even made sure it was perfect.

Negative: the gel colors are outdated and bland and very small number of regular nail polishes where you are practically forced to pay the extra 2 dollars on the “long lasting” ones. I’m addition, the merchant is very deceitful. On the website it states that gel mani and regular pedi is 69$ But on Groupon he is advertising as 84$. However with my Groupon deal i paid a total of 59 dollars. This is without taxes. Once I got there the merchant charged me 8 extra dollars not mentioned on Groupon. He called it “Groupon Tax” I’ve never heard of taxes that ring up to 8dollars. So In actuality I paid almost the same price as his website. There is no Groupon deal and I suspect that the owner didn’t want to lose money so he made up a price to come close to the One advertised on his website! I had on me a total of 11 dollars for the tip. But after paying the fraudulent 8 bucks I was only left 3$ for tip? So guess what ? I told him that taxes are about 3 bucks and the remaining 5$ he can give to his worker and I will put the rest. He refused so I walked out and the poor nail tech ran after me. I felt so bad but I don’t like to be conned and he was deceitful. I apologized to her but she should bring it up with her boss just like Groupon told me that it was not their problem and I should take it up with the merchant. I will not be going back to them. I will go to my regular tech in Washington heights where gel man and reg pedí costs 60 -65 dollars all the time and have sooo many...

My first and last visit was for a $75. gel manicure and regular pedicure. Upon closer inspection before writing this review, I discovered that the pedicurist failed to completely remove the old polish, clip ingrown nails, and remove cuticles. I could tell she wasn't skilled using the cuticle clipper. My nails were not filed in a square formation as I had requested. I had to softly tell her to be more 'gentle' while handling my feet. After polishing my toenails, I was instructed to go to the manicure chair for my gel manicure. While continuing to struggle to clip my cuticles (leaving a few fingers looking as if something had gnawed around the cuticles, she nicked me and drew blood. I looked at my finger, she grabbed a flat cotton pad and dabbed at my finger. Wearing a face mask, she began to smile, said something in her native tongue and the other manicurists began to laugh. The manicurist seated closest glanced at my finger, apologized (while smiling/laughing behind the mask she was also wearing). I then decided I no longer wanted the gel manicure, paid for my pedicure and left. Though I sat with my feet underneath a toe nail dryer nearly an hour, the polish was not dry. New favorite nail salon in UWS! Spacious, really clean (up to the ladies room!) and observed all Covid-19 protocols such as temp checks and social distancing through special barriers and spacing between customers. Very much appreciated. The Chinese guy/owner who took my app request was also really nice and professional.

Sarah worked on both my pedicure and manicure and she was really good. Loved their special massage chairs for a proper pedicure, I opted for the foot spa option and chose the olive scent which turned out to be a great choice. My feet was super bright, soft and smooth after. Sarah also gave a great foot massage as included in my option. As for my gel manicure, she was efficient and detail oriented. My nails are still looking as good as it looked 5 days before, when I had all these.

Really impressed by the salon and Sarah and the staff. Hopefully they get to keep the quality consistent! Also, try to go during the first 2 hours of opening. I was the first customer and had the place to myself and enjoyed the tranquility. Oh and the plants and green stuff adds to the whole zen vibe of the place. Well thought of!
