I went to clarks store with my mom there was three sales person at store not one came up to me to ask for help I waited for over 5 min finally I ask if someone can help me a sales person name Jesus came up to me and I ask if he can bring me these boots in size 6 and 6.5 my mom also wanted 6 in shoes he came out with my mom shoes and I ask him what happen to my boots he told me try the one on on display I said I did I would like to try the other boot he went to the back and still didn't bring me my boot he only bought my mom another pair that she had ask for I paid for my mom shoes and then I ask him is there a reason why you didn't bring me out my boots he said you never ask my for the size when I told him I did he just shrug his shoulder and turn away I can't beleave how a person that works for sales can be so rude and so disrespectful this will be the last time I ever go to...

I went with my husband to get him a pair of shoes but unfortunately they didn’t have his size in stock. We decided to have the store order the shoes and ship them to us. I had done this twice at their King’s Plaza location in the past and both times I had received the shoes very quickly and had gotten several emails from Clark’s updating me on the status. However this time Clark’s never even sent a confirmation. Today, almost two weeks of calling and asking where the shoes were, the lady told me nonchalantly that the order had been cancelled and we could come into the store for a refund. It was regarding an online return that I had the receipt for but it didnt have the credit card info on the receipt or in the order confirmation. He wanted to return to any card that was a visa but I wanted it to be returned to the card I paid with. When I asked him to contact Clarks customer service to confirm the card, he told me that it was a different company and not Clarks. The manager refused to help. The biggest issue was his nasty attitude and simply refusing to do anything to help rectify the situation.
