Häagen-Dazs — Restaurant in New York

I was there and witnessed the incident that happened today. I also talked to the guy to get a better understanding of what happened on top of what I saw and heard she was charged the right amount for one regular cup which is 8.95+ tax she didn’t like the price and just stood up there where you pay, not giving other customers chance to pay so the guy asked her if there is any issue to which she got made and started an argument like you have a problem I’m just looking into my bank to see if you charged me extra to which he replied you have the receipt you can look there as well,to which she replied “know where you come from” and “know your place” basically being racist assuming his not from here and after he said he don’t have problem she went away ate some of the ice cream came back and asked for refund which the guy gave with without any questions now she goes on to take a video trying to look good infront of others when she clearly have some mantle issues going on seeing she did the same thing with the next door store claiming we are rude. And proceeded to write a lie in a review about him charging her tip which he didn’t she has the receipt. Tax is not tip if she can read she would be able to tell that. Who’s the one being racist and rude in this situation? She should be banned from the mall for being so impulsive and racist. Hi everyone, for all of you that buy anything from Haagen-Daz in Kings Plaza please do not support this business. Today I ordered a milkshake and a young man returned his milkshake because it was too watery, instead of the worker throwing the entire milkshake in the garbage she puts the Milkshake cup to the side, took the cover with the straw off of the cup with her bare hands threw that out and proceeds to pour the milkshake the man drank out of back into the milkshake machine. Not only that, once it was done in the milkshake machine she took the icecream scoop, mixed the milkshake, then takes the scoop and scoops out the vanilla ice cream and adds it back to the machine.

Long story short… DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy anything from Haagen-Daz in Kings Plaza and their grade is pending anyway so now we know why.
