If could I would give 0/5 for the asian lady named Lisa in this store. Her service was horrible and she seemed racist. Since me and my boyfriend entered into the store, she never came to ask us if we needed any help. She was just standing behind us the whole time chatting and laughing with another staff. My boyfriend tried some shoes and she just pretended she didn’t see it. My boyfriend went to her to ask for the size, however she just grabbed the shoes and went to check without saying a word. Then when I paid for the shoes, she was still not saying a word. My boyfriend came and said he didn’t need the box and bag, then she looked sooo unhappy taking out the shoes from the bag and she THREW the shoes on the table. And I needed to stretch my arm to reach the shoes. I don’t know its because we interrupted her from her nice chat or she just didn’t like working there. I want to give a HUGE shout out to an employee named Damon. He was GREAT so helpful customer service skills on point. From the moment my son and I walked into the store he greeted us and asked if we needed help. He was so patient and helped us look for different styles of shoes for my son. Poor guy took out like 6 boxes of shoes and all though none fit my son I left the store very happy with Damon’s great customer service assistance and great advice and suggestions. The experience here was great. The workers here make you feel comfortable and welcome here. They greet you instantly (like they mean it at least) and they offer you assistance fast. Sure these things are common HOWEVER what’s not common is doing it like you mean it, with a smile and satisfaction. The gentleman that helped me was named Will.
