Mid haircut for the price! I've been to this place more than twice and each time was different. The last time I been here was earlier this year but I'm writing this now because I went to a place down the block that was much cheaper and better service. The hairdressers here are very nice but they were different every time I went. There was this lady who was always there and she was very rude when she collected the payment. I think there was a miscommunication about how to give tip. I thought that I had to give tip to both the hair dresser and the person who washed my hair (who was that lady). I was going to give a $10 tip to the hair dresser (which was like 20% of the total cost) and a couple of dollars to her since she washed my hair. She was very RUDE and yelled at me that I needed to give 20% for both? I told her that the $10 is for the hairdresser which is literally 20%. I ended up just leaving literally 25% of the total price down on the table because I couldnt be bothered and my Chinese isnt good but dont bother...

Been getting haircut here for 2 years. In the beginning, the service was excellent. I liked that I didn’t need to wait for a long time and my haircut were done fast and clean, because I am one of the rare kind of people who can easily feel uncomfortable in hair salons. Don’t know how to name such a phobia. But I liked the environment in this salon, especially during the first year. The service were very good at a reasonable price. But then service got really sloppy. I did a perm for Christmas 2018 . Everyone said I looked at least 10 years older. I gave it another chance. The service I got last time was even sloppier. The haircut received even more negative comments from family and friends. Then I switched to another hair salon in Chinatown a friend recommended. I got a perm and this time everyone I met complimented on my look. The stylist at my new salon asked where I got my haircut before because it looked too bad. I didn’t tell him the name. I still think if this salon didn’t work for me, it might still work for...

I would give negative star if I could!!! First of all, all the staff here are unfriendly and rude, they won't even introduce themselves or ask your name, this is basic manner, they just care about money. I have very long hair which I love, so I asked for a 1.5 inch trim with long layers around the face, this guy had the nerve to cut of 5 inches at the back and 8 inches for layers. I had to ask him to stop before leaving the salon with a bob. I don't even know why I even paid for this HORRIBLE haircut. I went in for a trim and left with an uneven disgusting haircut, the worst haircut in my life. I would never go back and would never recommend anyone, pay a little more and go elsewhere. I must mention, their hair tools are all dirty and full of hair, I brought my own...
