Moon (Mr. Comp Plus Alpha) saved my husband's Mac Book Pro (cereals/milk had fallen on the keyboard) by changing the keyboard and the track ($250). Last Sunday, when Moon was closed, I waited two hours at Apple Genius Bar and got the following diagnostics from the maker of the laptop that was in trouble: it is very wet inside, it is unlikely that it will come back, just try to get the hard drive out, it would cost $1200 to fix it so it's perhaps better to buy a new laptop?? Only after dealing with him did I realize how ludicrous the treatment is of customers by Apple and other computer sellers. You just get so used to being told to spend more money, get upgrades and receiving no real help if you have a problem.
