Horrible, Horrible company. I Bought the Canada Goose Marlow for concepts ladies parka and it was shipped balled up in a plastic bag in a shipping box. Came dirty and with a smell. I bought this same coat last February from Canada goose and it came in a beautiful Canada goose box, wrapped with paper, no smell!!! And it also had a garmet bag and nice wooden hanger and also with authenticity papers. I get it from CNCPTS and got none of that. What I got was a dirty coat just thrown in a bag after spending over $1700!!! You can not call anyone and speak to someone which is really shady to begin with and a big red flag! You have to text a number and wait to hear back. At first they were genuinely nice but I was not happy at all with this purchase and felt like it was a scam. I still feel like it’s a scam and not legit after the way I received everything and really didn’t want to send any information linking my card to them so, I waited until After I calmed down a couple of days later and messaged again. Didn’t hear anything back that day and not until the next day . I then get a message that furthermore… we don’t state on our website you get any of that. Seriously…. Someone took all that stuff and is selling it on eBay is what they are doing. They said it gets shipped from the manufacturer. For one thing Canada Goose is a top notch company and do things right for what it cost for their outwear, they are not sending it in a ball to a customer, that’s you guys! On top of that I waited outside for the delivery because I had to go somewhere and it’s a good thing I did! The coat required no signature and was being left outside on the steps. I’m in Niagara Falls for work and hundreds of people walk by this house since I am right across from the falls and I was appalled by this and shocked when I asked the delivery person if I had to sign. The person that was texting me was rude and said sorry it’s a final sale we can’t take it back for return. Even though I love this coat I rather not own it after this experience. The coat is out of stock with Canada goose, otherwise they would have got my business. I would never recommend this company or spend another dime with them. They are the worse company, rude and so unprofessional. Customer service is horrible!!! Do not even waste a penny if you’re smart with them. By the reviews I’m surprised they are still in business. I called my bank and they agreed with everything I said and are disputing the transaction for me. There’s no way I’m letting this go and paying for a coat that is dirty and still has a smell after 4 days airing it out. I couldn’t even tell you what it smells like but if I had to describe it I’d say a dirty sweat shop or basement. I’m so disgusted and angry over this whole experience and warning anyone who reads this...

The win of a raffle here is not worth the hassle. Won three times….twice had to wait 2 hours to get in and purchase the win. They don’t monitor line jumping. You get in the store to much fraternizing among the workers. There system for getting your sneaker is antiquated. For example 4/22/2022 went to pick up a raffle win for sulfur yeezy foam runners. Store suppose to open up at 11am. They didn’t open to 11:30, mind you seen workers walking in with breakfast and some coming out to get breakfast and back at 11. You want your win so you wait. 11:45 I get in show my id and email. The girl writes down size and color on a post it. Passes it to shoe runner he go and get the shoes after talking with his buddies for a bit. Comes up post it on box; girl call your name over the extremely loud music put the shoe in the bag (doesn’t check it) you don’t either because you feel rushed plus you been waiting and annoyed an want to get out of there. And you get to your destination only to find out they gave you the wrong color (got the stone sage instead). That’s what happened to me. No checks and balance or any type of organization when comes to sales of their product. Smh they need better management over there it’s like a hangout spot. Don’t know how their neighbors tolerate them. So to StockX these things go…won and waited...

Cannot say enough great things about this spot. I'm from out of town and made it a priority to visit all of the streetwear boutiques in Manhattan and Concepts NYC was by far the best experience I had. Clean, minimalist store design made it easy to find everything. Great selection of stuff too. Most importantly, super knowledgeable and friendly staff. One of the employees saw me holding a John Elliott hoodie in my hand and I was hesitant to purchase because of the price. He came up to me and offered to take off 15% on the spot! Will definitely make it an effort to visit the store again when I'm in town.

EDIT: this was one of the first spots I hit up on my trip back to Manhattan and cannot reiterate how amazing this place is. Staff is so friendly and helpful and will take the time to dig through their inventory for a particular size, if it isn’t out in the open.
