This place is a gem. I will never shop anywhere else. The customer service is phenomenal. I had the pleasure and honor of being assisted by the assistant manager, Royce, and what a wonderful experience he provided. He was neither pushy nor brand loyal. He gave me his honest opinion in reference to ALL my questions (and believe me I had plenty). I can't wait to go back there and be assisted by Royce again. All his opinions were based on products that he tried and tested. I'm obsessed. I can't wait to go back and spend my salary there. These people are pros. Every person who works at this location truly knows what they're talking about. They always manage to strike just the right balance of being helpful without being pushy, being warm and friendly without being patronizing. Beauty shopping can be tricky and I've had plenty of experiences where salespeople preyed on every insecurity, put on a ton of pressure to make a big purchase, or had no idea what they were doing--never once in this shop. The store carries some of the most luxurious and effective brands out there, and tons of gorgeous, niche fragrances including Byredo, Ex Nihilo, Parfums de Marly, and Initio. They have makeup and skincare from Sisley, Westman Atelier, Hourglass, Chantecaille, Cle de Peau, and Tom Ford. They also have some very pretty hair clips, beautifully scented candles, silk scrunchies from Slip, Mason Pearson hair brushes, and Jenny Patinkin gua sha tools. This store say they will give you a full refund with receipt for unopened items, that is a lie i returned somethings and they told me the will not open their register to give a cash refund plus they were rude about it when you buy you are treated well when you have a return its horrible. They offer you a store credit I wanted back my money. plus they are a gossiping bunch employees that need to be fixed because of some returns they spread false rumors amongst themselves that you are going to take something from their store because you returned somethings and the follow you around hounding you it is just a disrespectful experience.
