Salvatore Ferragamo Brookfield Place — Local services in New York

I am in utter shock how unbelievably rude the store is. I provided feedback to the manager given a poor experience. I’ve had multiple Ferragamo stores, and when I tell you the defensiveness and yelling at me over the phone I received was just appalling.

Ferragamo continues to prove that it is a brand that worships at the altar of older white people. They do not welcome diversity and could care less about customers who genuinely are interested in the product. It is so sad to see a beautiful brand be represented by awful sales associates.

It is embarrassing to see them brag about having a black creative director. But your customer service is stale and completely updated.

Serious shoppers do not waste your time at the store. There are far better places you can invest your money. Outside of their dated old flats, half of the trendy pieces will be on sale anyways. So there is absolutely no reason to ever shop at the store.

Complete lack of professionalism. A luxury brand should have employees that understand how to deliver luxury experience and communication. I’ve had better customer service at the bodega.

Today, I had such an unexpected yet absolutely wonderful experience at Ferragamo, Brookfield Place. I was not looking for anything in particular, but everything I saw I loved! While Gucci, LV and even Chanel are becoming a bit garish, all the Ferragamo merchandise was exquisitely crafted, stylish and modern. From the shoes and bags to clothing and accessories, the inventory was enough for me to contemplate. Noah, my sales associate was relaxed, informative and lovely to be with. I didn't feel pressured to purchase a thing, but I spotted a bag I had to have, so I walked out with a stunningly beautiful purchase. Actually, they were able to send my purchase via messenger to my apartment, since I had somewhere to go after shopping and carrying a huge shopping bag would have been an inconvenience. If I could give this store 1000 stars, I would. Beyond the fact that is is a very fresh, modern, clean store that I enjoy walking in, the sales consultants are just next level fantastic, which has led me to buy much more Ferragamo than I probably would have if it wasn't for the amazing shopping experience I always get here. Pedro really is the most wonderful consultant I have ever come across in any store (either like SF or higher end like Chanel or Dior). He is always so warm and kind when my fiance and I come to the store, and is truly so helpful in giving his opinion to help us make the best purchase for what we are looking for that day.
