Generosity! Tomato soup w/ some kind of meat, & a strangely light colored beef meatloaf & rice w/ cabbage. Had I known better, I'd have used some of the soup as a sauce for the main platter. But I enjoyed the soup in a nearby subway station (so it wouldn't get cold), then later had the meatloaf dish at the nearby trendy Hugh Food Hall.
