The worst customer service I received An XM Sirius Radio and a free installation card.I went to Crown Auto an authorized dealer of Sirius Radio to instal it. They asked me to come at 8am, and the technician came up at 9:15 am. they said that they couldn't do it talked to Sirius Radio and send me home and refused to give me back my free installation card. After I got the 2nd Radio I went back to day and enplane that I don't want to install it if It if all the costs are fully covered by Sirius Radio. The technician was very rude to me and started to install regardless, I asked to talked to the owner Mike and he didn't let me, When Mike finely came he was rude to me as well and just brushed me off and didn't want to give me my free installation card so I can go some place else.
