Loved how attentive and helpful Houria was. Just happened to walk by David Yurman counter and a necklace caught my eye. I wasn't planning to make a purchase but my birthday was coming up and I thought I may as well try it on. Houria showed me the necklace and a different variations of it, including different lengths and thickness. She had me try different amulets to go with it and all of it was done in a friendly and not pushy manner. She also showed me similar designs by different brands. That day I left the store without making a purchase. However after looking and thinking of different gifts, I was coming back to the necklace Houria showed me. I could have bought it online without making another trip to Saks, but remembering how amazing the sales lady was, decided it is worth the trip. I ended up buying the necklace and two amulets to go with it. So happy with my birthday gift....
