Just another smelly part of the big city yes very bumpy road not exciting at all nothing to really see except for hundreds of little shacks built on the shoulder of the roads for all the Chinese restaurants that decided that you have to eat outside in the street. Actually they didn't decide that it was the stupidest City council or maybe more like the CDC that decided that eating indoors is out of the question because of some made-up virus so let's all eat together in close proximity on the street oh because eating out in the freezing cold is not dangerous okay whatever...

After explaining all my troubleshooting steps with the tech he immediately points to the Bluetooth chip which is what I also saw on the forums.

Within 10 mins I was able to get in and out with the smoothest interaction you can have trying to initiate a replacement phone.

Under new store management led by John, it was apparent that they took the restoration of the store image and support for this location an important focus.
