Very disappointed with Dior this time. I’m from out of state, and I spend over 5k on a dior bag here, only to found out later when I got home that the bag seems to be USED. I emphasized to my sales rep (Maria I think) multiple times if the bag is new when I was purchasing it, and she told me yes and that it’s the only one they have left. Well, a day later, I contacted her when I found the color of the thread on the top of the bag seems to be a whiter color than the originally black one, and she asked if I would like to go exchange for another one. I told her yes since I would be coming back to NY for some business (she knows that I’m from out of state, maybe did it on purpose thinking it would be troublesome for me to come back lol), and that she would RESERVE A NEW BAG FOR ME. Okay, so literally yesterday you just told me that the one I bought is the only one left and now you’re telling me there’s another one? Anyways, when I went into the store, she told me to look for the manager for the exchange. The manager (Amanda), seems really impatient and has a bad attitude (sorry not sorry I’m not spending more $$ with u guys). The new bag actually still has foam wraps around the handle and the straps, and I realize that the one I purchased before didn’t. Amanda just quickly showed us the new bag, took the old one and that was it. No explanation or anything. I spend over 5k on a USED bag, and got no explanation for it. Should be thankful I didn’t demand an explanation from them in the shop, but thinking back I should’ve just gotten a refund and shop somewhere else from how I was being discriminated. Never again. (First pic showing the white thread of the old bag; second pic showing the bag she reserved for me the second time that actually has still has FOAM...
Read moreTerrible customer service and overall experience. Came with my husband because we were shopping for an early bday gift before our trip to Miami. My husband was so excited to buy this pair of sunglasses as a gift. I wanted it shipped home and they were just so unhelpful. It got bounced back because they wouldn't schedule it on a weekend like Chanel does and it returned to store. Even though I asked the sales have it arrive on a certain date, he messaged me very snarkily.
When I asked if they could just hold the item and we can repurchase but take from store, they made me wait an hour even though I had asked in advance. Even though it was already set aside they wouldn't send anyone to help ring us up while he was still with another client. When I got home and picked up the already wrapped up item, I opened the sunglasses to see it was used. There were finger prints on the lens and the nose part was completely bent and crooked. When I went to complain I was met with more issues. As they wanted to give us credit instead of refunding immediately.
We finally were able to return these glasses and I ended up buying the same pair at Saks instead. It cost the same but I wasn't treated poorly and I got an unused pair of glasses without the snark. Terrible customer service from SA's and the manager, highly do not recommend. I've shopped at many of the lux shops in Soho and this is by far the worst and least accommodating....
Read moreMe and my husband went in to look at some bags since I was interested but didn’t know exactly what I wanted. We were let in by the worker holding the door and when we walked it there was no attendant who greeted us. There was just one helping another customer so we went over to test some bags. My husband held the bag (it has a string attached to it and it is for you to try) and some guy came over and said to wait on the other side of the counter for an attendant and then he walked away. (1st he never greeted us, he only came over when we were looking some bags and he rudely told us to wait for an attendant. 1st of all why were we let in if you aren’t even going to have an attendant in the first place. 2nd the way he ignored us the whole time but when we started seeing the bags he literally walked Over just to basically tell us not to touch the bags and wait for an attendant and then he walked away… I felt disrespected. Like he didn’t want us to touch the bags or didn’t think we were going to buy anything so he didn’t even bother talking to us until we were trying the bags. And then he rudely told us to wait for an attendant. After we were already in the store for a few minutes. I also felt it might have been discriminatory considering a white attendant was helping white customers and my husband and the other two people we were...
