If I could, I would give them a 0 rating! I don’t write reviews normally but I wanted to write one for them so people can see them before getting ripped off. I went there with a Groupon coupon. First of all, they denied to give me service although I made an appointment with them via phone and told them that I’ve taken their service more than a year back so I’m eligible to use the coupon. As I arrived at the place, they said I cannot. Then the ladies kept talking in their language among each other which I found extremely inappropriate and intimidating. What I figured out was that they were being extremely racist. She then told me that they’ll do it this time but next time when I have a coupon, I cannot use it which made sense so I went for the service as I had paid a lot for the facial. Then a few minutes later when I was getting started for the facial, they came and said they’ll charge me $5 for tax, I asked them to show me where in Groupon app says that the price doesn’t include taxes and I refused to pay the $5. Then they again kept talking in their language and said the $5 is administration fee which was completely ridiculous. They were reluctant to do my facial from the beginning. Also, after 1.5 hours of leaving the place, they sent me an email saying I didn’t show up and next time I make an appointment, they’ll charge me $25 for no show. Now, I feel harassed, I feel ripped off as the lady clicked on the redeem option in Groupon although I hadn’t taken the service so Groupon is not paying me back either and I find myself a victim of...

I had good experience with them but until today Iam really disappointed with #Dr. W medical spa. The facial package that I took was promotion package like, if u do 3 super facial then u get 2 signature facial.My first experience with super facial was just great. Then After a month when I went to take signature facial which one was free n that one is very very nice because they take 75 min with a good massage n various machines n product. It was really good. Everyone's opinion was that "oh u r glowing" n That made me feel good. Than today I had appointment for another facial also ,they suggest me to do signature one .so I agreed but my experience wasn't great they weren't giving me good service. it did nothing to my skin .they took only like 50min included 15min pack service.n every 20min later they just come to me n asked about new product like oxygen peel off ...if I used its good but I hv to pay extra 100$.i said no.than again after 20min they'r offered me to use casmara. Pack n I hv to pay extra 35$. They just wanted to make money Again I refused them. N I think that's y ,they not giving me a good service.n they don't use any good product. So ,,now it's my question why I pay them 450$??? I already paid 350$ now my dues is 100$.n remain 2super facial. So in my facial what product they're used.. If I need to buy separately again??? I hv next appointment in July 28,2017.for my super facial. Now Iam thinking what should I do ?? I hv to go or not?if I go what kind of service they were giving me??(last 2time I give her 10$...

The waiting room staff was pleasant and greeted me warmly, which initially gave me hope for a positive experience. However, my visit with the doctor left much to be desired. It seemed as though the doctor was in a rush to finish the appointment quickly, and I felt unwelcome and unimportant as a patient.

I was looking forward to a more personalized and informative one-on-one experience, with detailed explanations about my health concerns. Unfortunately, the doctor did not provide the level of attention or care I had hoped for, even though the waiting room wasn't busy.

I left the appointment feeling like my concerns were dismissed and that the doctor's primary focus was on maximizing appointments for financial gain rather than providing genuine care. This left me with the impression that the clinic is more interested in making money than in the well-being of their patients.

Considering my unsatisfactory experience, I would advise others to explore alternative healthcare options and seek a different healthcare provider where patients' needs and concerns are given the attention they deserve. This place seems to prioritize profit over patient care, and for that reason, I would recommend steering...
