Dr. Lena is friendly, professional, and very educated in her specialty. I came into her office in 2020 with two blocked premolars with the desire to keep ALL of my teeth. After several consultations that only discussed tooth removal, Dr.Lena delighted me with the news that I could keep my teeth and the root cause of my dental issues is a narrow upper palette. The solution being a palette expander, some headgear, a round of braces, and topped off with Invisalign. Although I was nervous Dr.Lena’s knowledge instilled so much trust and confidence in me. I am So glad I trusted her vision, I could not have asked for better results. My smile is wider, prettier, my bite is more comfortable, my tongue could now fit properly in the roof of my mouth. Additionally, the palette expansion led to me having clearer airways (I haven’t had a stuffy nose in YEARS), one of the first things I noticed during the process was how much more oxygen I was getting through my nose. Lastly my favorite and most unexpected result was the symmetry it brought to my face, the changes were so dramatic I needed to change my FaceID scan twice during the process because my phone would no longer open to my new face.
