Dr. Yan Trokel — Local services in New York

The Y lift does not work and is misrepresented. It left me looking much worse than I started after a lot of pain and suffering. I can’t tell you how unhappy and upset I am with the results of DrTrokil’s Ylift.  I look much worse and older than when I started. I now  I have deep hollowed out bags under my eyes that I didn’t have before. The lines from my nose to my mouth that I wanted to improve are not improved and may be worse. My face looks out of perspective and unnatural. I was much prettier before, and now it doesn’t look like me.Now my faces is pulled out of proportion , with now pronounced eyebags , and the lines from nose to mouth that I a wanted to improve our even worse now . My mouth has gone from up turned to down turned, and is pulled into a scowl My face looks Uncoordinated and so unnatural, stretched like a very bad facelift. I’ve always been very pretty and even at this age, when I would put on my eye make up and moisturizers, and go out, people would always stop me in the street or a restaurant to tell me I was adorable or how nice I looked. My Internet dates always said  I looked “ even better” than my photos. All of this has stopped since the Ylift. My friends would always tell me how great I looked whenever we got together in person or on zoom. That has stopped also. Rather, I have noticed a couple of friends scrutinizing me closely, but too polite to say anything about how my looks  have changed. In one group that I meet with weekly on zoom someone made a joke and others agreed. They said I look like a cartoon character. The character they were laughing about Is an animal with beady eyes, puffy cheeks, and pursed mouth. I understand the that is representative of how I look now. I can’t tell you how mortified I am. When I went to have passport pictures taken. I kept telling the guy to do it again because his photos were horrible. I kept telling him I never looked this horrible and I looked gruesome in these photos. I finally realized that it was not his fault, because that is the way I look now, because of the Ylift. I now have A passport photo which is so ugly that it disturbs my sleep. Certainly the promises that we made we’re completely false. First, they said there would be instantaneous dramatic and natural looking results, with under eyes revived and improving hollowness Was definitely not fulfilled. If you want I can send you further photos of how bad I looked for several weeks after the procedure, even worse than I look now. I was told that I could Definitely go Out to dinner after the treatment, and I would look fine. This was also totally untrue. As you know, I couldn’t even eat after the treatment for three days. But the treatment I was told for the first time that I could only have soft foods for a couple of days, and as it turned out I could barely get anything in my mouth, it was so painful. And they look so terrible that I wouldn’t even go to a zoom meeting for several weeks. I am so unhappy and disturbed From The results of your treatment, and also from the treatment itself which was so excruciatingly painful and which caused me pain in my mouth which I had to treat with Tylenol for several weeks in order to be able to sleep, that I want to ask you to refund the money I paid for this treatment, and to also to further compensate me for the pain and suffering from the treatment And the horrible results of the treatment which I have...

I want to start off by saying...I FEAR FILLERS! I fear looking "fake" or getting the "puffy, pillow face." I was fortunate enough to have gotten the opportunity to get a Y-Lift done by Dr. Trokel.

This is a summary of my experience:

I started of by emailing Jason and speaking to Jason over the phone. I was an absolute nervous wreck about the entire thing and Jason made me feel more at ease. I set up an appointment and my countdown began!

The day had finally arrived! It was the day of my Y-LIFT! My nerves were still shot...but I was also very excited.

The office is absolutely stunning! I mean STUNNING! It is locating inside a gorgeous high end hotel, with an elevator staff. Dr. Trokel's office is beautifully set up. The staff is AMAZING! Super sweet and accommodating. They are very welcoming and attentive.

Dr. Trokel arrived and he introduced himself and just put me at ease. His bedside manner is wonderful! He took the time to get to know me. He asked me what my expectations were and what I hoped to achieve. I felt super comfortable and trusted in him. He is very patient and will answer all your questions. As a matter of fact, he told me everything I needed to know before he even began the procedure and helped put me at ease.

Dr. Trokel explained what he was doing throughout the procedure. There was minimal discomfort and it was painless.

THE BIG REVEAL:

OMG AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to cry with tears of happiness! I still looked like ME but BETTER! I was lifted. There was no puffy pillow face. No fake face. Just a more youthful version of myself. There was minimal swelling but nothing crazy. No bruising whatsoever! I even went to a party the very next day and no one knew I had anything done!

TWO WEEKS LATER:

My face looks even more amazing. Swelling went down and my face just looks so good. I have such a sharp jawline and just a more lifted appearance. I GOT ANGLES!!!!!!!!!!!!
