I went in intentionally to but a pair of lashes and something for my daughter. As soon as I got in the makeup section was in front, so I picked them out. And was thinking about what els I needed for either me or my daughter. I noticed the security guard looking at me. I went into the back and was lost on where the razors were and no one was around so i thought ok let me just buy this but i needed them. So i went back past to the baby section to see what this store had. The same security guard followed me throughout the whole process. Which made me uncomfortable. So I asked why are you following me and started recording. Keep in mind every other customer in the store was white or Asian except myself and the workers. I got my razors and I went in the front to purchase. I felt very uncomfortable and asked to speak to a manager. He felt insulted and stood there I explained to the cashier I felt racially profiled and uncomfortable shopping. I work in the area and come in to purchase things. When the manager came he pressured into saying hurry up and buy something. As if I was stealing, which I wasn’t. While talking to the manager he mumbled and was cursing. Read moreUpdate — tried using this pharmacy again and after getting email and text alerts that my order was ready for pickup, I go to the location. After watching them rummage around for 10 minutes all around the back area, it becomes painfully clear that they have misplaced it. A controlled substance prescription just goes missing after I had to wait a week for them to even have it ready because it wasn’t “counted” with the other prescriptions, which should have been ready at the same time. These people are not qualified to work a pharmacy. They were completely remorseless and did not seem to care in the slightest. — The pharmacy and pharmacy staff is consistently awful. You will have to stand waiting for someone to come and address your presence for minutes on end, when you can see there are three or more people 15 feet away just milling around. The customer experience is mind-bogglingly subpar. I've also been there a few minutes before their advertised time for closing and was rebuffed that I was too late and would have to come back tomorrow. Just today the pharmacy staff called my doctor to request a refill for something that clearly they wouldn't be authorized to get, after I literally told someone at the pharmacy yesterday that it was requested by complete mistake (with one click from an email it became reordered, no confirmation to confirm the refill request, etc). I ask a women associate that was fixing something about is they had creams with SPF , but instead of answering me in a good manner she said.” I don’t know just look in the windows .” She is the one that is merchandising the products , she should know what products she is selling. I think she should be retrained in her customers service skills and she can learn about her products . That is call sales principles 101. I work in the same field but never answer a customer like that because every time I’m merchandising my department that is the first thing that I do to memorize and learn what I have in my department, I know about the product and explain to the customer if it good or not . Even though you are not sure , just answer the customer in good manner but don’t not be very rude when you answer , because that makes the customer go away and not come back . I was a lead for this company and always directed the customer myself to the right isles where the product was and look the products for them .sorry to give a bad review but you need to correct this associate on her customers skills because I was one hour before and another customer was complaining about her, I heard her when I was in another isle.
