E 90th St Ferry — Local services in New York

Love the Ferry, hate their horrible communication and horrible customer service. The absolute worse. Multiple ferries often leave at the same in at the same time. 50% of the time the digital sign on the ferry itself is either completely wrong or not working. To make matters worse the ferry attendants are extremely hot or miss in the way they direct you. One morning the digital sign was out. We all asked which way the ferry was going. And the half-asleep attendant told us all three wrong way. The entire compliment of passengers getting on there were forced to go completely in the wrong direction. Everyone! When you write to the Ferry’s complaint site you will never get an answer to your complaint except from an autobot which just tells you absolutely zero. So frustrating is this poor management that I’ve gone from a daily commuter to rarely using it any longer. Vote with your $$ and avoid a system that treats customers...

The waterways in New York City or just extremely phenomenal it is the best kept secret all around you can go from Wall Street all the way up to the Bronx on $2.75 you can eat you can bring a bag you can have a slight lunch with you when you come you can drink you can have a beer and they have a little concession stand but I highly recommend that when you do come pick up a couple of slices of pizza pack of Sandwich get a beer bring some water and ride the ferry from all the way from Wall Street all the way uptown to pass the Bronx it is a beautiful ride you can take wonderful pictures and you really get to...
