Mostly good for immediate relief of aches and pains but not for longstanding issues. Sometimes helped me with migraines but sometimes I left feeling worse. Felt slightly better after being treated for neck pain but not much more than that. I cannot recommend for issues other than aches and pains. Again, not for more serious or longterm issues.
